Updated Dev-C++
Dev-C++ seems to be a popular IDE, there are at least two updated versions available.
1. Red Panda Dev-C++, V 6.4 beta 3: https://royqh.net/devcpp-en/ Bundled with GCC 10.2.
2. Embarcadero Dev-C++, V 6.3: https://www.embarcadero.com/free-tools/dev-cpp Bundled with TDM-GCC 9.2
The Red Panda version has the look of the old Orwell 5.11 version with some less than perfect English translation; the Embarcadero version has much the same layout, but has a slightly different look to all the IDE widgets.
I briefly installed both versions and if I were to use Dev-C++ I'd likely use the Embarcadero version.

I didn't check if the newer Dev-C++ versions allowed for compiling with a newer C++ standard beyond C++11. Orwell's Dev-C++ stops at C++11.
