You'd probably have much better luck finding what you are looking for doing a web search for 'unit testing.' My meta-search link above could be a good start.

you can also go in reverse: find a general certification on test engineering and work backwards to find the material they recommend to study for the cert, see if you can find some info on what to look for there.
