Where is this article? Also, there isn't much of a point to this, is there? All the comments are in Chinese.
It's probable that the comments are for his own comprehension, and not that of any English-speaking people reviewing the code.
It seems like the intent was to use the Articles section of the website to publish this code, which is in turn meant to be compiled and ran.

The language used in the annotation does not affect you to play the game. The display interface is still in English.
Obviously, but presumably the point of making this an article is for it to have a didactic purpose. Isn't that purpose compromised if most people won't be able to read the comments?
