C++20 Modules and Microsoft

The wording about modules in this MS blog post seems a bit odd:

https://devblogs.microsoft.com/cppblog/cpp-modules-in-visual-studio-2017/

The Visual C++ Team is elated to announce that with Visual Studio 2017, it has substantially improved the quality of the C++ Modules TS implementation in Visual Studio, in addition to introducing ability to consume the C++ Standard Library via module interfaces.

"Consume" seems to be a bit strange and risible word choice when talking about using the stdlibc++.

More than a few people think MS is a ravenous beast, eating everything in its path, so I laughingly think it is appropriate.
